We are rapidly expanding and looking to fill the following immediate positions.


 

***POSITION AVAILABLE*** – FULL TIME 3CX Salesperson – Telecommute position:  Marketing, sales calls, quoting and closing sales.  Review of requirements and design planning Configure and test setup and support any issues during testing period. This includes configuring, router, firewall, switch and phones.  Commission based compensation.

Responsibilities/Requirements

  • Telemarketing, emailing and cold calling prospective clients regarding the benefits of 3CX VoIP.
  • Respond to company related leads generated from our 3CXHOST.com web site
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and productivity metrics
  • Familiarity with the features and benefits of the 3CX VoIP telephone platform
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in cloud computing or telephony environment areas preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or comparable technical industry certifications and experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with positive attitude

***POSITION AVAILABLE*** – FULL TIME 3CX Support Technician – Telecommute position:  Providing end user support for both technical and non technical users.  Must be familiar with all aspects of 3CX, including:  installation, configuration, device provisioning, troubleshooting, internet and routing issues, authentication, security and more.  Hourly compensation.

Responsibilities/Requirements

  • Resolve technical issues associated with 3CXHOST hosted communications products via phone, e-mail, and/or chat
  • Service assigned customers to meet all of their technical and account management requirements
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and productivity metrics
  • 2+ years of providing technical 3CX support, preferably in a cloud computing or telephony environment
  • Knowledge and troubleshooting proficiency of routers, switches, and network equipment
  • Knowledge and troubleshooting proficiency regarding all aspects of 3CX VoIP platform
  • Advanced candidates would have a knowledge of Unified Communications and VOIP technologies and hold a current 3CX certification
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or comparable technical industry certifications and experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with positive attitude
